Kinda slow making drinks. No ne in front of us in line but was a wait. While waiting I rested my hands on the large wood counter behind espresso machine - UGH!! Was covered in gunk - tiny droplets of spray from the syrups - over several days it seemed some were sticky new, some were tacky mother bumps were hard and dry. Lack of training or management means the customer side of counter was ignored for awhile.
My flat white, a slightly premium drink wasn’t as smoothly pulled as other places. Also a lack of training.
A full team behind the counter 3 to 5 yet they didn’t seem to know what each other was doing or had done, calling out loudly the wrong drink bane (no sticker on it) and several times asking each other, who’s doing what, on same order.

Good place to charge the car and relax to have a coffee . Energetic staff working very hard to accommodate all visitors
No changing table in either huge private bathroom so had fun cleaning my babies poop while holding his ass in midair and getting poop everywhere. Also the two coffees we got, a flat white and a seasonal caramel, both tasted so empty. Getting charged $$$ for flavored water now? The Starbucks boycott will continue.

My wife is a frequent flyer of Starbucks. The Twin Falls,Idaho Starbucks by the bridge doesn’t acknowledge you and just treats you like another cup of coffee. If you want to be treated special, go to the Starbucks on Filer Avenue.

Went in when it was busy on Sunday afternoon. Took a bit for employees to acknowledge I was there, but I was just picking up a mobile order not trying to order at the register.
Priority seemed to be on the drive through. Not a big deal as I wasn't in a hurry. In the past, it seemed like the crew was more engaging and upbeat.
Plus side... I got exactly what I ordered and it was predictably delicious. Consistently good drinks here.
What a mess this visit was. I used four cards, and she kept telling me they were all declined, but my bank wasn't notifying me of any attempted charges, so obviously she was just canceling the transaction every time, then tried to imply that it must be my card, do I have the funds? I pulled around the front of the building, walked inside, swiped the first card again, instantly accepted. Told them maybe they should train her, as she obviously doesn't know what she's doing. Everybody looked at me like I spit across the counter ??

I am a door dasher and waited 15 minutes in line only to get up to the window to be told I had to go in and that an already paid for order could not be handed out the window. Ridiculous. Do you realize how many orders get handed out the window a day there. There is no difference from an already packaged up and paid for order. And they could have told me when I talked to them on the speaker that I had to go inside instead of wasting 15 minutes waiting only to be told to come in and get it myself. I lost out on 35 dollars within that time.
