Had an excellent experience as we were traveling through from Florida. The store was incredibly clean. The service was excellent. We were greeted when we came in and checked on during our visit to see if we needed anything. Shout out to the bar partner and the shift on because the drinks and atmosphere were top notch. Visit date/time 3:30 on Oct. 2!

Right in downtown by the mall. Drive thru was a little hard to find (its past the building). BUSY, but baristas were quick and efficient).

The one on south blue lakes/filer is 20X better.
Waited 20 minutes for a small cold brew.
And it wasn't just me. They're turning into McDonald's, prioritizing the drive thru. There was 5 employees running drive thru and 1 running in house orders (and register) so by that calculation 0.5 workers running in house orders.

9:30am Tuesday, only customer, nice morning. Sat outside for quiet & to be able have phone meetings without disturbance. Unfortunately, Starbucks mngr intruded entire patio, rearranging all patio furniture, making me feel uncomfortable. Asked if she having a meeting, she advised not tull 10am, but more & more staff appeared complaining about the sunlight, making me feel even more unwanted for sitting in the most shady patio location. **This was my most uncomfortable Starbucks experience and will never return. Surprised Management showed no concern for paying customers.**

I ordered 2 London Fogs with oat milk. They came out much faster than normal which we thought was weird. I was given 2 earl gray teas with half water and half oat milk. They were not steamed, no froth When I called to rectify she just kept saying she knew they were made right. I pointed out what was wrong with it she just kept arguing with me saying “Sorry we made them right, maybe you got it different somewhere else”. I’ve gotten them from this site with no issues before. So I paid $12 for drinks we won’t drink.
