Ordered online, we were told that they didn't get our order and that if it happened again we wouldn't get reimbursement. The general manager seemed angry at life. Probably won't come back.

The food was great and it was clean. But 2 of the 3 girls seemed bored and just wanted to get me out of there. If it was closer to close, I'd understand, but it wasn't. The girl who did the veggies was so nice. This was the first time I'd been to this specific location, and it really didn't feel too great.

I printed out an add that I received on 8/14/24 from my email. The manager at the Lynnwood shopping center..refuse to honor the on line coupon I presented at the register...so instead of a $26 bill for 3 ft longs it came to $49, this for 3 orders The other staff were great but this will be my last time in a silubway...Jersey Mike's here I come...never had a problem with any of add specials..

Honestly one of the cleanest subways I’ve been too. Stop in for a sandwich and they had the glass cover down over veggies and cover over food. Clean all around and staff was nice

Today at Subway on Filer Ave., I got a Teriyaki Blitz sandwich from the Subway Series menu. The employees here were polite, greeting me as I walked in. The dining room was cool, with music playing on the speakers. My sandwich was very tasty. The sauce and the vegetables complemented one another well. And the meat was well cooked. My only criticism of the food itself is that the bread was not as fresh as I would have liked. Overall, this seems like a good subway location.

Just a heads up for the employees here, it is NOT OK to be actively fiddling with your ear piece, hat, and wiping your forehead with the gloves that you are wearing as you make a sandwich. Literally watched the guy making our food do all of this and when he swiped his forehead and then grabbed the meat, I was done. Never coming back to this location again!
The staff at this location (filer Ave) is nothing but rude and disgusting to people. You work in customer service act like it. If u hate your job quit and get a new one. i will NEVER be returning to this location. Oh and your footlong cookies taste like cardboard ?♀️

I ordered a BLT and it only came with bacon. I paid outrageous pricing for a bacon sandwich. Why do I need to specify that I want tomato and lettuce on a BLT? I also got a Philly and didn’t need to specify that comes with onions and peppers. Unreal.
