Ordered a footlong online
When I went to pick it up my order was not in system
I showed employee my online receipt and proof of the charge to my bank account
She was very rude said can't do anything about the order
And didn't want to cancel it for us if it did come in to system I left within NO sandwich and was charged
She acted like we were a bother to her

There is a young man that works there that does not like his job. He is tall with dark hair. He was on his phone when I was waiting to pick up my order and he had a very rude tone. My sandwich didn’t have oil, vinegar or Oregon on it like the order said and I do not want to go back into town to have him put what they forgot in the first place on it again. That’s gas I do not have to waste. He was also very rude on the phone and when I told him that my sandwich had something’s missing he just said “name” in a very rude tone. I switched my tone to match his very quick. I asked if there was anything else we could do besides me going there and he said, “it’s just oil, vinegar, and oregano” the. I hung up. I’m not gonna get treated like that. Very unimpressed

Alya Hannah, Emmanuel Torres were great workers on 4th of July. I had showed up 20 minutes till closing and they were very greeting and helpful thanks to them both, my family will have a great evening and full stomachs. This was a great experience thanks to them and the hard work they both put in making all the sandwiches we needed. Great team work guys!!! Hope to see yahll move up in the future.

Horrible! This place is dirty, the ingredients are trash, the staff incompetent, they dumped a third of a cup of mayo and mustard on my kids sandwich (which they ate a few bites and threw it away). You all should be ashamed and unemployed.

Normally I give people the benefit of the doubt who work in the food industry because my first job was in the food industry…. That being said, this subways service and employees are absolute garbage! Pulled into the drive thru and sat there for 10 mins without a response from the speaker box. Pulled up to the window, not a soul could be seen. As we drove away and passed the dining portion of the restaurant, both employees fully dressed in subway gear with name tags were sitting at a table both staring at their phones! I stopped and sat there staring at them until they noticed me. After the first minute or so I took my phone out and started my timer. 7 minutes and 28 seconds we sat there before either one of these people looked up! Do better subway and do better employees at this branch!

So disappointed, my family and I love eating at subway and have been going to the Kimberly road store since we moved here. Tonight we went in at 7:56pm and watched one of the workers come inside from just smoking in the parking lot and skipped the sink and straight to the gloves he went. I completely understand needing a break, that's not the problem. The fact that it only takes 30 seconds to wash your hands and the fact that you didn't even consider washing before preparing another customers meal, that's the problem.

Not impressed went through the drive-thru ordered our sandwiches they didn't even hear us was sitting for 20 minutes and then they came in and informed to tell us that their whole system was down and that the card machine was down
