I just went to subway and order a toasted sweet onion teriyaki sand and It was the worst subway sandwich I've ever had. It was half assed toasted, which is still like bread, cold chicken which tasted like salmonella, wilted spinach and lettuce, and mushy tomatoes. 🤢🤢. And I paid for this.😡

My husband and I had the best-made Subway sandwiches of our lives made by Dona at this Subway store in Twin Falls, Idaho. Seriously, I've eaten a lot of sandwiches from Subway but this one was exceptional! Thank you, Dona!

Manager, change your people. We need nicer people for customer service. Some of your employees are toxic. They don't treat people with respect. They simply aren't good at this job.

Just go to the store and buy your own ingredient. Staff acts like you existing is an inconvenience for them. Rushed through ordering, very audible sighs heard with every request, if your not happy with your job leave.

The gal who served me was polite and helpful. I had an egift card that she said wouldn't scan correctly based on her past experience with them, but she let me try it anyway, and it scanned correctly from my phone so i was able to place my order. My suggestion if you're using an egift card and it doesn't want to scan, is to make sure your phone is not set to dark mode you want to set it to light mode in display settings and then try the code again.

Food was good, however the rudeness of service is by far the worse. I went in here today to order 2 sandwiches for my bf and I . Immediately noticed the attitude of employees. The one at register as I was waiting talked his headphone(drive through mic) off aggressively placed on counter asked in tone what Bread I wanted told him, he again smacked the loafs down on serving counter and did so with each item I asked for.. I almost walked out due to this and went farther from my work to get one somewhere else!!It was to the point I did not finish my order.. I will absolutely not be coming back to this subway!Poor poor employee manners!! Yes I’ve worked in food service both cook and service! Unacceptable!

07/31/23 I had an amazing experience with Subway's app! Ordering was a breeze, and I decided to try their steak and cheese wrap. It exceeded my expectations! The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the steak was tender and delicious. The app made the whole process so convenient, and the wrap was prepared exactly as I wanted. I'm thrilled with the quality and taste of my meal, and I'll definitely be using the app to order from Subway again soon! Highly recommended! ??

Honestly love this subway location every time treated very well. Sometimes they do run out of the stuff to make certain sandwiches but they have never treated me poorly. Highly recommend this location over others!
Was looking for a meatball sub and the Subway in the Lynnwood had run out. The girls working both stores were super nice and the sandwich was great! Only gave them 4 stars due to the one down on the North end of Blue Lakes Blvd didn't answer the phone, apparently it was unplugged but I took a chance and drove down there anyway. Glad that I did.
