The one located in Walmart is awful. I can't believe the person behind the counter put the mayonnaise and mustard on TOP of the sandwich??? Who does that?? Those are the FIRST items that go on; it made my sandwich a total mess! Plus, the ingredients aren't fresh looking and it's dirty in there. Why am I surprised?? It's Walmart.

I love subway but this location sucks bc of the employees. Threw my sandwhich together didn’t even fold it everything was out of the sandwhich and the paper was covered in mayo mustard. Ridiculous!! They are always in a hurry and the food turns out shitty.

I work in Twin Falls and live 35 miles away so I have to plan my stops knowing I'm running on the later side. Looked on the internet and found this one located in Walmart. I had some other shopping to do so decided to come to this because they were open until 9pm according to their website. Got there by 8:30, sign says "Open", gates are open but no employee to be seen. Wait 5 mins, still no employee. Move over to the side to call out to get their attention, still no employee. Finally, the employee comes out, sees me waiting and says "I've already texted my boss, your out of luck, we are closed!"
Sad customer service! Sad part about it all is I drove past two other Subways to get there. If you are not gonna serve the hours you advertise, change your hours on your advertisements. We have eaten at this Subway a couple of times before and the food and service was adequate, not great.
I like Subway and we buy sandwiches a lot from the one in Buhl. The service there is great and the food is good! We will be avoiding this one in Walmart from here on out!

I asked to have a small amount of salt & pepper and a little mayonnaise. The girl making my sandwich was so busy talking to her co-worker that she dumped all if the above on my sandwich. When I suggested that she pay attention to the customer and make the sandwich correctly, she got very rude and defensive, squished my bread when wrapping the paper around it, and threatened to throw it at me. She also tried to not give me my sandwich after I had paid for it.

Very poor service, very slow associates they work with no urgency to get their customers in & out. I walked in today ordered a sandwich for pick up @ 5 went to pick up my sandwich and no sandwich was ready the kid that took my order was there and told me she had clue about my order I said you placed my order.
This happens all the time. I will ever order from there again too many issues.

Closes at nine arrived at 8:30 speaker was still working to order. They would not answer us and then changed their speaker to say they’re closed while we are sitting in the drive-through when I verified through the other subway that they close at nine.

I haven’t been to subway in 5+ years. I decided to go there for my lunch and check it out. I was truly disgusted when the lady handled money then touched my sandwich everywhere with the same gloves. What is the point of gloves if you’re just going to be disgusting anyways.

I went in to pick up an order for door dash, there was no order and the 2 employees working there said they thought they remembered the name but couldn’t find the order. I had another order waiting to be delivered from another merchant so I said I’d be back. When I came back ten minutes later they still hadn’t found the order. One employee looked back and said he found it. He asked the other employee to prepare it. She put gloves on and then started sweeping the floor. I asked about the order and she said she had to clean so she could leave on time. The other employee started looking at the previous orders and ignored me.They both seemed un interested in providing me with service. Very frustrating to me as I’m trying to provide service to customers ordering on line. Time is money in the door dash occupation. I had to cancel delivery of this order . I felt sad for the customer who ordered on line!

Unfriendly. Rude. Language inappropriate for customers. I was discouraged by my experience. It's too bad Con Paulos doesn't own them anymore, because they have really gone downhill. It takes very little effort to go the extra mile for customers. Instead of complaining at their topping choices. Maybe it was an off day for the staff. I hope so.
