Took 8mins in a no line to get someone just to say hi. Everyone looked at me and ignored. It was litterly the worst. And when i walked inside there was only 2 in the car line. I almost left. And when I finally was greeted and given my pretzel bites they were not fresh awful. There was 8 people in the place. Was in there no line 2 people in car line for 15min. Only one person said hi it took her 4 looks and 8 min. Worst customer service ever ever had.

Keeping up with the Williams
Swig is always good but this Location specifically was so small I walked in and there was at least 15 girls in there already and then my family of six came in and apparently the occupancy is only for 15 people in their tiny little seating area and the barstools and little bar area that they have there is not very much not enough seating for everyone. The drive-through line was insanely long, so that’s why we went inside with our kids and the bar area that they have is very cheap. I don’t know when this location opened up, but they need to get something better in there cause my kids put their drinks up on top and the whole thing wobble and I thought it was gonna just fall right over

Love this place! And don’t worry if you get overwhelmed by the menu… The staff will help you find exactly what you want. But be warned, they won’t let you leave until you try it and are satisfied. They might make you another one. Try the Texas Dr Pepper with a splash of lime.

We love swig and have been to sooo many in multiple states. This one was by far the worst. It took almost 20 minutes to get 3 drinks! We went inside instead of the drive thru. The inside was also dirty and there were flies everywhere. Needless to say we won’t be stopping at this on our way back thru.
