Whose genius idea was it to avoid adding ‘meat’ to the ‘supreme’ Crunchwrap? Usually when you are willing to rip off customers for a perceived short term gain, the business is headed downhill hill.

Update: this location is much faster. However, after tonight, I'll be going to the Jerome location. The drive thru woman cussed about a door dasher and slammed the window in my face mid sentence. This happens after I came through the LONG line a 2nd time for missing items. The manager did nothing and shrugged it off as a bad night. I get it, but control your temper, take a break and let it out. Don't let customers see your frustrations. Let go Jerome taco bell!!
Taco bell is really not the greatest the last few times I went through the drive thru customer servwas rude food was cold and grease very unsatisfied. Spent over 60.00 on dinner for family and it was all bad.

Went in for lunch, had the Burrito Supreme and a small drinks...over $9.20 for a crappy lunch. Extremely disappointing. The Burrito was about the size of my fist, the tortilla was hard and stale and my first two bites were only meat and sauce. I took it back to the counter and said "Excuse me, I ordered the Burrito Supreme." The meal preparer came over (with attitude) enrolled it and said "That is the Supreme" I said "The picture shows lettuce, tomato, cheese and sour cream" She said "it's there, see" (as she unrolled it further). There at the end were 3 strands of shredded lettuce, a smidgen of sour cream but no cheese. She said "Would you like me to remake it for you?" I said "No thank you. You should take pride in your work and know you are putting out quality food without a customer pointing it out to you or you having to remake something" Mind you, this was not lunch rush, this was 1:30 in the afternoon and I was the second customer inside the restaurant. Management needs to work on quality control with the staff.

Went through the drive up and got the family some food. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED. HAIR IN THE FOOD!! Looks like facial hair of some sort. Repulsive. Called and asked to talk to a manager and the gentleman goes “speaking.” I explained that there was hair found in the food. He just responds “uhh well I can replace that.” Let him know we just don’t want to eat the food at all. Just wanted to let him know. He responds with “uhh ok. Well sorry for that then?” Horrible service. There is a reason we haven’t eaten there in over a year. Obviously not going back and letting all friends etc know not to go. Gross.
