Not sure how they can be called fast food. It takes longer to get your food than a sit down restaurant. I've waited over a half hour on multiple occasions. Horrible waste of time.

If you don't know what Taco Bell is by now I assume that you are either from a different country or have lived a fairly rural or sheltered life. Either way this is a fairly run of the mill establishment, as far as Taco Bell goes. The services is good, quick and you can be in and out of the drive-thru in a matter of minutes. What isn't great is how people drive around this place... You'll see people entering the drive-thru from the wrong spot. Hopping the curb and driving in the grass, They do have a bathroom and the food hasn't given me the infamous TB squirts. Yet.

My order was made into a supreme upgrade, without me asking, the amount of sour cream that was in it was gross, the steak looked like it was bathed in the condiment; I appreciate the above and beyond customer service but this was a bit much

This store has to be one of the worst places to eat. You get here and order and you are stuck waiting over 30 minutes. If youโ€™re lucky. You watch doordashers, grub hub, etc. come in and wait for almost an hour because they dine prioritize customers who are there first. Ridiculous. If they mess up an order you are to put it in again and have to wait even longer on your order. Taco Bell has a way to reprint receipts. The question is why donโ€™t they? Because they are lazy workers. I donโ€™t recommend wasting here at all. The staff donโ€™t even offer you anything for the wait. Do better management. All areas of work need improvement.

The fryer was down so instead of saying something or doing literally anything they let me sit for 25 minutes before i finally asked about my order and was told not a single item had even been started, i ended up missing lunch and having to go back to work. horrible service at this location just save your time and go somewhere else
