We discovered this food truck at BlueRock farmstand one Friday, and I fell in love. One of, if not THE, best tacos I've ever had. Every bite is packed with flavor, care, & love. My favorite is their papas (potato) tacos. I can't believe there's no meat; it doesn't need it, trust me. I could live on these tacos alone. The tortilla is both crispy AND soft. Their quesabirria sell out FAST, as do their agua fresca. Every taco we've tried has been outstanding, loaded with filling, even their carne asada (beef), which can be dry elsewhere. Make sure to get lots of their green tomatillo (mild) and red (hot) sauce, and lots of it. They need to bottle this. They are open till 6 pm every day at the Rob Green car lot off Blue Lakes, or until they run out. Super friendly. When my husband got my birria, they'd run out, but the lovely lady offered to look & made sure to dig deep into the pot for leftover meat...it was heaven!

Definitely in my top 3 of best tacos I've ever had. Every taco variety I've tried (and I've had nearly every item on the menu) has been outstanding. And the green salsa is to-die-for !! (I have to stay away from the red one because I can't take too much spice - my stomach will rebel) - I never thought a taco filled with potato could taste so divine. We will most certainly be returning soon and often.

I got birria tacos and carne asada tacos and I am in love with them! Going here for every Taco Tuesday! Ever want some street tacos? GO HERE! genuinely impressed with them! I will start by saying that the service is friendly. I had been wanting to go to this truck for a while. I decided to stop there because I have been looking for the best quesabirrias in town. I was ordering those when an “eggroll birria” caught my attention. I mentioned that and they handed me two to try out. The eggroll birria was definitely a new taste. I was impressed because it does have a nice crunch to every bite. Now onto the quesabirrias. They were good, the only thing I would change on them is the amount of cheese they put on there (I didn’t get a picture of them because I wasn’t too crazy about them). A few bites in and I felt as though I was choking on it because there was just way too much for my liking. Other than that, this is definitely not a bad place to try.
