Dining With A Debutante
We came in here with a party of 12.I called the day before they said they don't make reservations told to call the day of. So I called the day of and they tell me you have to wait until an hour before you're going to be here to call us .so I wait until an hour before and I call and they say oh I don't know if I can accommodate 12 people I'm like what I've called three times and you guys told me I had to wait until an hour before she said on this short of notice I don't know if we can get all of you in. Well it was my son's birthday and I just think this is crazy cuz this is always his favorite place to eat. So we wait and that's okay we didn't mind waiting a few minutes that wasn't the problem by the way our server was very nice had a great personality however the service sucked to no end. We finally got all of our drinks and we probably didn't get another one for at least another half an hour or so all of our drinks were empty no one came to check on us!.. then come to the salads well they get the salads mixed up and gave them to the wrong people and those people ate them not knowing anyways we let that slide then we've got plates literally piled up from our salads and whatever appetizers we had ordered and no one had room really to move around ..so we piled all the plates we passed them down and put them on the end of the table so it would be easy for the server to grab while I happen to be one of the people on the end of the table unfortunately every time they brought something there were different people coming to the table coming and going and none of them grabbed the plates they were literally 12 to 15 plates stacked up in front of me the whole time I was sitting there. When they did bring the food out they didn't know where the food went because they weren't the one that took the actual order this wasn't that big of deal people can tell people what they order Etc again we still have plates sitting there when they brought my food I didn't even have anywhere to put my food because there was so much dirty plates stacked up in front of me and no one and I mean no one has taken any plates away from the table at all no pre bussing was done ever. Back to getting our food everything was great but I literally could not barely even move to eat so I asked one of the girls that was walking by if she would please remove some of the plates so I can move and be able to eat my dinner. She said we'll come back and get those in a little while they're still sitting there literally everybody's plates or stacked up nobody barely even had a room to move on the end of the table there was two of us on each side. Then comes to checks they were all messed up they put wrong people's orders on other people's orders and charged other people for stuff they didn't have and it was just so unorganized and horrible. I would just say though that the waitress was nice the original one unfortunately she must have gotten busy doing something else and there were a bunch of different ones that would come in between and they would fill one drink and maybe not ask another person if they wanted one it was just very odd. I would never have another any kind of special occasion at this restaurant it's very sad because a couple people even bought us some gift certificates for there to come back another time as some of the gifts that my son had gotten. We hesitate to go back thinking the time before that the service wasn't that great either but we are okay with it we still continue to go because my son loves the place. I just wanted to reach out and let the manager know or someone else know that this place is really not the best for service. Almost everyone in our party complained and seriously that never happens to us because people in our party rarely complain. Will we be back? probably just my son and I as we have gift cards to use we are hoping in the future it won't be like this.

Last couple times there's been strange worms or clots in the sirloin. I've never noticed it before. The meat doesn't taste bad but these stringy white elastic "ropes" are unappetizing.

We went for an anniversary dinner. We had been seated for over an hour before we got our entrees. Our server was very nice. But he forgot both orders of fries, then brought one order when he was reminded. That order was supposed to have cheese and bacon, but it was plain. Four groups near us came and went before we got our meals. We also never got our extra bread that he offered us. I asked to have the cost of the second fries and the bacon and cheese taken off of the cost. He couldn’t manage that and only got the bacon and cheese taken off. I had to bother another server to get it taken care of. She was more than helpful and even gave us a freebie voucher for next time (though it expires in just a few months rather than the full year it’s supposed to be valid, don’t know what that’s about). Good food, but I would need several more drinks to put up with this nonsense again.

I have not yet had a negative experience here. All the food was cooked as ordered. Steak was a little salty with mushrooms on top. But overall, really good.
I am so disappointed in the Twin Falls Texas roadhouse a place we go to alot. 1st off they said our wait time was 15 to 20 minutes and we waited over 45 minutes. Then our waiter was in such a rush that he kept forgetting our stuff probably because everything we asked for he would make a joke out of our order (funny at 1st but then super annoying). We asked him if they could turn the music down just a notch i love loud music but this was beyond loud and his response was no they turn it up that loud just to annoy us. Then we told him that we were celebrating 2 birthdays and he got annoyed and said "so what do u just want some free brownies or something" at that point i just said sure whatever we were just over our visit by then and will not be going back anytime soon

If you go in and sit down and eat the service and the food are really good, but don’t expect that when you order to go their takeout department has a lot to learn about Customer Service first time I ordered I was missing food. Second time I ordered takeout their customer service was terrible.
