I have had several different flower arraignments sent to me that came from the cookie basket. Rachel the owner is amazing every single arriangment was beautiful ❤️. The cookies here are amazing and so is the decor she sales in the store. But mostly it's her customer service and the way she treats her clients.Kyndel carter

Made a huge order for my baby shower this last weekend, was VERY DISAPPOINTED. We were very specific with our order and even talked with the owner for 4 days to ensure everything would be perfect. I wanted 3 different shades of pink and teal incorporated with my cupcakes, rice crispies and pretzels. When we opened the box there was one shade of pink on everything. Then we paid extra for “candied flowers” which were just candy dipped faux flowers you can get from the craft store. Also paid extra to get fondant flowers onto my cupcakes and never received them either. Everyone was disappointed with the taste of the “buttercream frosting” cupcakes which turned out to be Betty Crocker cake mix and i don’t even know what frosting on them. New ownership has definitely ruined the business. Will be going in to ask for a refund or at least a partial refund considering I was highly unsatisfied and so were my guests. So embarrassing!!! Do not order from here, not worth the money!!!

Unfortunately this place is not very good anymore. Under the previous longtime owners the cookies were amazing. She had a good thing going. We got some cookies today for the first time since they changed ownership and it was very disappointing. Hard, crunchy, overbaked cookies.

I was shocked at the high prices. Last year we got cake and 7 dozen cupcakes. Cupcakes were very nicely decorated. This year we ordered 3 dozen very simple cupcakes and were charged 80 dollars. Never going there again.

Amazing place. Everything is made in house, great prices and great taste. Great people very nice. Had a birthday cake done by them awhile ago and tasted and looked amazing. The cookie basket is the best place in Twin, Jerome, Burley and all surrounding areas, so whether you're passing through town or you are a local this is the place to satisfy that sweet tooth. They also have amazing sugar free options.
