I love my locally owned Human Bean! I surprised with my wife with a coffee at work delivered! All the other competitors DID NOT ALLOW DRINK customization for dietary restrictions. I’m thankful and will continue to be a loyal patron and encourage all I know to stop on by or order delivery!!!!

I usually don’t drink coffee so unless it’s iced, but a couple of months ago I discovered my favorite energy drink from this place (which is the Creamsicle Energy drink you must try it!) it is now my go to, and everytime I have been here, the baristas have been nothing but kind and prompt when taking my order. The owner was also super kind to me and finally encouraged me to download their app for free drinks. My only regret is not downloading the app to earn my free drinks any sooner!

The lovely young baristas brighten my day. I had a delish Green apple smoothie today and it was so yummy I also love their hot and blended coffees with the beans!

Parking: This is primarily a drive through. I've never been inside, but there are a few parking spots... maybe for employees?

I just went through the drive-through this morning at the human bean on Addison. I go there all the time. The employees and service is normally very very good and spectacular. Everything I would want for in a coffee shop, this morning I go to get my usual snowy mocha. I sit at the order window for 4 minutes. There’s only one person ahead of me in line I don’t get greeted. I have to ask the person to take my order, She was very rude, when I got to the window, I said good morning I said, can I get your name please and she refused to give me her name. She’s then was extremely rude to me because I told her her customer service was not the best. She did not greet me and I left so angry this morning that I left my coffee, I paid for my coffee and then left because she was so rude, the girl was working the drive-through window this morning on 2/16/24 @ 8:15 am had long shoulder length brown hair in a Sweater do not go when this girl is working at the Human bean!!! I was so disgusted this morning.

I used to be faithful to another coffee place in town, but HB wins in the area of customer service, food offerings, and their app. I do wish they offered white coffee. (Hint, hint) AND, can I say that the coffee beans are just the best touch? Overall, coffee is what makes adulting less sucky and Human Bean helps me human and adult. Thank you!

I absolutely love coming here! My son loves their "nuffins" aka muffins. We are always greeted cheerfully over the speaker and when we get to the window. The coffee is always delicious, I especially love their dirty vanilla chai! We've been coming here since they opened. The owners are absolutely wonderful people! Thank you for everything you do behind the scenes at the store and within our community!!!

I have been going here for a awhile now. And on the weekends in morning is the best time. But the after noon I have been getting charged $4 something for a small. When it's usually $3.00 and something cents. I also have to tell them I want my wipe every time. Even when I tell them already. Also I have been seeing them wipe the top of my cup with a rag that they wipe the counters off with. That is gross and not good. Counters have so many germs. So no I most likely won't be back at all. Unless they can fix what they are doing with the prices and the way they make my coffees and stop wiping the lids where we put our mouths on with a dirty rag. They used to be great but seems like the people working there don't even listen to the orders.
