The pictures look bigger than they are. Soggy, not fresh fries, 1 piece of COD with rubbery breading which also was not fresh 14$. We asked for medium well, not burnt hamburgers. All 4 we're burnt! 5 small slices of the raspberry cheesecake 1 chocolate 24$ it's was pretty good but not that good. Coleslaw was good. RIBs had a great texture, although they came with NO BBQ sauce and the only option was a 12$ side of it. Should have been given with or put on the dang ribs. But they come with a very heavy dry rub with a bad after taste. 30$ not worth it! We threw away 40% of it our food away becauset it tasted bad and was old. WHEN YOU PAY TOP DOLLAR PRICES FOR AVERAGE FOOD IT SHOULD BE FRESH! DONE PERFECTLY HOW REQUESTED. This is for twin falls not Burley or any where else.
I watched one of their employees that works in the back not wash his hands after using a stall and walk right back to work. Who knows if he ever did.. that’s a massive health violation.
So disappointed! I ordered what is advertised as hand made in house fries and what I got was someone’s leftover burger king fries.

Waitress never brought us our sause for our street tacos like she promised. Nachos were made with some cheese like sause not real cheese. That was disapointing. It maked the chips soggy.

So I've been to 2 of the smokey bone locations. This one and the main one in Sun Valley. This one doesn't even come close to being as good as the one in Sun Valley. And the wait was so long the other night waiting for 2 grilled cheese sandwiches and steak tacos ??♀️ the wait was about 30 -45 mins and finally when it was finished my kids hated the grilled cheese and wouldn't even eat it. The building was also very packed and loud with hardly any seating left. I'm not sure if we will be back or not.

Love the atmosphere. Service was good even though they sent the page to the wrong pager. The Mac and cheese was cold, brisket was tasty but cold. The okra was warm. The taste was all good but it was like the food was just warmed up.We ate here before the lunch hour, so it’s night like they were busy. This was not our first visit and it won’t be the last but hope next round is better.
