Very enjoyable dinner in the bar area! Food was amazing, best steak I have had in Idaho, and our server was awesome.

A welcome addition to the TF food scene. The staff is amazing and well trained. There are staff just floating around for immediate service. The food is the best in Twin (no one else serves beef dry aged for 30 days). We had oysters, French Onion Soup, prime rib and sturgeon. All top shelf. The owners stopped by and were like family. Thank you for opening a top end restaurant in Twin!

Absolutely incredible. Everything, from the ingredients to the decor were obviously intentionally picked not only to pay homage to the historic nature of the building but also to create a very intimate dining experience. Well done!

Service was fantastic. The steak was awesome, but the shrimp was a little chewy. It was a little to dark to see menu. The oysters were wonderful, that sauce was so good. One problem for me is if I pay 68 00 for an entrée, I want a veggie with it and not have to pay extra. Over all a good experience.

Full Review:Please know this is easily a $100/pp restaurant and all food is a la cart. We knew beforehand but some people could get a shock if they are unawareFood-. The bread service was delicious and we really liked the house made butter. For appetizer we had the pork cheek. It was different, but good. For dinner, we both tried to order the ribeye, but they were sold out. The NY strip steak was also sold out. That’s half of their steak options gone! This was probably my biggest disappointment. How does a steakhouse run out of so much by 7:30?? I ended up settling for the beef tenderloin. It was well cooked and tender. I also had the house salad which was unique but so full of different flavors. The baked potato was also good. My husband had the tenderloin topped with Lobster Oscar. He enjoyed that but his favorite was the potato pave. It was our favorite dish. We tried the crème brûlée for dessert which was just ok. The dish was not shallow enough for you to get that caramelized crunch with every bite.Atmosphere- I love the remodel, decor and overall presentation of the restaurant. I was really excited when this was billed as a fine dining experience that would “give you a reason to dress up.” It sounded like the classy restaurant Twin was missing. Unfortunately, walking in and seeing other patrons in camo hoodies quickly dashed any vision I had of an upscale restaurant. The music did not quite fit the atmosphere either. I think a dress code would really set this place apart as something other than just a place to get an expensive meal.Service-Our server was polite and checked in regularly but was not extremely knowledgeable about the wine or food. He was very willing to go get answers for things he did not know though. However, the lady who did the wine service was phenomenal! Knowledgeable and professional on all accounts. 5 stars for her! More frequent bus service would have been nice as our 2 person table was overcrowded and we had to shuffle empty plates around quite a bit.Overall, I thought it was so-so. The food was good, but it’s lacking the upscale fine dining atmosphere/experience that I had hoped for. Maybe my expectations were too high.

A++. Great experience. I had the 36 day, dry aged bone in ribeye and my wife had the char grilled cauliflower. We each had the house salad (the half order was very filling) and black garlic shrimp scampi. Also, somehow they knew it was my birthday and I didn’t note that on my booking. Great decor and friendly staff. Well worth checking it out!

If you get the chance say hi to the owners Robert and Marianne both amazing people! Congratulations on your new place and bringing a landmark back to life!

What a great new addition to Twin Falls.. or should we say re-addition. This place has class and comfort, and the food was amazing. We were visiting from Las Vegas and found this just as good as any of the places you see there. We will definitely be back.Vegetarian options: Just ask

The best food we've had in Idaho, hands down. Service was a bit rushed but otherwise kind and very helpful. Amazing space that was by far the nicest we have seen in Idaho. Definitely coming back.

Was in luck to be in town when it recently opened. Not only is the food phenomenal (recommend the duck poutine and za’atar-spiced bison) but the service is exemplary. The entire staff is nice and the space is sexy. Great find!
