My adopted mom and aunts went there an hour and a half before closing and were warned they were closing soon. They only ordered some coffees and warmed pastries bill was over $50 and one of the coffees was wrong. They let them know the coffee was wrong and they were told we’re sorry you had to pay for a drink that was wrong and refused to fix the drink. It looks like on several other reviews People have said that there is a gratuity charge that you’re not told about except on a little sign near the register. ***Beware no pricing on the menu and you will be charged an extra gratuity. Ask questions and ask for pricing before you order from this coffee shop!***

Came in for Saturday morning brunch, we had a party of 6. We informed the lady at the front and she told us it would be a 20 minute wait. Totally fine! We then sat and waited and watched 3 parties ranging from 5 people to 7 people be seated before us when they walked in after we did, I am not sure if they called ahead but it didn't seem that way. We ended up waiting about 35-40 minutes before getting seated so next time I think we'll call in. Coffee was great, beautifully crafted. All of the food we got was absolutely delicious! Only thing i wish was a little more extensive would be the options on the kids menu and there are only 2 things to choose from. Will definitely be back!

This place is amazing! Some of the best coffee in town, and I also love their scones and bagels. I would recommend going on a weekday to get the most of the cozy, quiet atmosphere.

Coffee was good, but prices are bad. They charge an automatic 18% gratuity to "Take care of their team members"It seems like the owner could just pay the staff a living wage instead.

I had a delicious Crepes Benedict here and a fantastic iced Chai. The decor is nice and homey. The service was great, the atmosphere was exquisite, and overall, this was a great experience. I most certainly will be coming back to this gem of a restaurant.

BEST spot for coffee and a dulce in twinfalls idaho. Don't waste your money anywhere else. When we visit, it's out only coffee and crepe. They make the best coffee. Amazing.

I love supporting local businesses and have eaten at this place numerous times but due to travel hadn't eaten their for a while. My party (3 people) had breakfast coffee and food which was good. When I got my bill I looked and saw a category call "service charge." I was curious and inquired about it.On my bill of $70 I had put $85 in the bill tray not realizing at the time what the service charge category was. It was explained to me its the automatic 18% tip. First off, don't be deceptive and instead of "service charge" use the word gratuity/tip 18% that will allow for no ambiguity. Also, its incumbent upon you as a business to let your customers know, as you are taking their order, they will be automatically charged an additional 18% on their order as an automatic tip.I was told after inquiring, "we have a small sign at the register." Since most people sit down, are served at the table and brought the bill you will not ever see the sign. It was then told it was a practice instituted during covid to keep people working.Simple, raise your prices more, pay your staff to keep them and don't force your customers to subsidize your staffs pay. I have no problem with tipping, but trying to slide in a "service charge" is very deceptive practice that makes customers feel deceived and cheated for not being able to make an informed decision if they accept this practice.

This coffee shop was a great stop as I was passing through Twin Falls on a road trip! The lattes rivaled some of the best I’ve had in Seattle (where I’m from) and the interior seemed like a nice place to stay and hang out.

Today I went for breakfast, the food was really delicious. But what I liked most was the perfect flavor of the coffee, I recommend it 100% and the sweet potato was excellent. The food was delicious. Excellent customer service. Everyone was very friendly. Wonderful. I will return. Simply because they are

ADORABLE in the heart of twin falls! Had the hipster avo toast with an egg on top and it was the perfect lunch before heading back onto the road. Thanks for providing my friend and I a quaint place for a mini reunion!
