One of Twin Falls' most under appreciated establishments. Von Scheidt is the old school brewery of the Magic Valley and thus is sadly often overlooked for the more recent and "fancy" breweries in the area. This is hands down my favorite brewery in Twin Falls, ID. They are constantly introducing new beers and the bartender, Martin, will happily describe each and everyone one in detail. Knowledgeable staff, great atmosphere, but almost of all the best beer in town. Don't be afraid to stop in. I guarantee they will have something you like.
