Came to explore Idaho over my birthday weekend and found this charming, historic, café. The food was delicious! I had the quesabirria and had nothing but the highest praise for the tenderness of the beef and the flavors of the dipping broth was insanely GOOD! Stephanie, our waitress, was sweet and attentive! Super glad we stopped in to dine here! Highly recommend!

This place was cozy and friendly. We were greeted the time that we walked in and tables were available all around. My husband got the breakfast tacos (3 of them and they are huge) and he loved them! I got the pancakes and egg sandwich. It was a croissant with egg, cheese and bacon. It was one of the best sandwiches that I've had and I'm from the South where flavor is everywhere! 10 out of 10 recommend

I moved away from Idaho and recently came back, I was so excited to go to breakfast at Butter Cafe! Let me tell you, they never disappoint, the food and service are always stellar. As a former waitress, I would like to note how well Tracy and staff handle their busy rushes, they are super polite and not snappy as I know it can be easy to do. 15/10 recommend eating here!!

My husband and I drove from Jackson Hole for breakfast and it was so worth the drive! The service was great, food was exceptional, and the atmosphere was fun! We both got the American Egg Breakfast and everything tasted delicious! The table next to us got the burrito and breakfast tacos and we had instant regret. Everything that came out looked delicious.

Happened on this little gem by chance. All I can say is Wow!! Food was over the top for this tiny place. Giant breakfast tacos packed with egg, cheese and perfectly Roasted poblanos. Hubs got the Poblano pepper Gravy and biscuits Huge portions with the best coffee ever.

Tha best little brunch spot close to Jackson. I absolutely loved the menu, atmosphere, and overall vibes. Best place to eat, way better than any place in Jackson we saw. We will be coming again!

Fantastic breakfast! Treat yourself to an excellent breakfast that is also out of the norm. They have a few standard American breakfast options, which were excellent. But the items with a Mexican flair are the most outstanding. I had the breakfast street tacos, which were outstanding and more food than I could eat, and I eat large portions. The beignets are excellent. There were 9 in total, 3 of each flavor.
