I miss this place. Great soup
Best hot dog I’ve ever had! The bun was fresh and the coney was cooked to perfection. My hubs loved Mike’s hot sauce the most. Our beers were ice cold and Mike even dressed them with salt and a lime. Great conversation with both Liz and Mike, coulda hung out here all day!
Good hot dogs. Outdoor seating
Lady owner incredibly rude when asking about gluten free items and for her knowledge (guessing she doesn't read much) it is an allergy not life choice!
I don't like leaving poor reviews but felt I have to about this place. The owner is rude does not even say hello to you when you say hello food is poor outside seating dirty and they don't seem to care about any customer. There are many better places in our little town .
Really cool relaxed food shack. Loved the hot dogs. We came with our dog and they had a water bowl for him
Great people! Get the Chicago dog.
What a great place!!!! Thanks Mike and Liz for the great service!!
They do a great job on the Coney dogs here. I stop by once a week and enjoy one. This is the Detroit coney.
Good is fantastic with a unique atmosphere.

Wanted a good meal at a fun place, got a great meal at a one of a kind shop. Both the dogs and the burgers were VERY tasty, and VERY reasonably priced. HIGHLY recommend The Goat!
This little “shack” of a place has only a few seats at a bar inside, but picnic tables and highboys for outside eating under some huge evergreens. The hotdogs are worth a drive to enjoy. Our group enjoyed the Chicago Dog and the Teton Valley Dog, covered with chips and mayo. NOTE: it’s cash only. ATM inside. The waiter brought us a basket of toys that the kids enjoyed.
Mike and Liz have a good old fun place with great food and environment. Happy to spend my money day in and day out.
Don’t be off by the unlikely name! This place is full of quirky atmosphere but the food is top notch. My lizard breath with herbed cream cheese burger, cooked outside in a grill, had nuance and was a joy. The wacky setting was fun but the food stands alone for quality.
Our family of 5 comes to the valley every summer and can’t wait to get to Grumpy’s. Everything on the menu is delicious - I’m partial to the Chicago Dog - and they even hand you a box of toys for the kids while you wait. The owners are always there, delightfully grumpy but always up for a lively conversation. You haven’t tasted the valley until you’ve visited Grumpy’s!
