Took about 15 mins to get sat. Place wasn’t busy but I think they only have one waitress, she was great though (Jenny). BBQ was highlighted on the menu as “Smoked In House”. They definitely don’t smoke it there unless it was days old, everything was cold and dry. It’s a bummer because it looked good, but the Brisket was like chewing a piece of a rubber tire. Maybe that’s Kansas City style idk. The BBQ sauce tastes like watered down cherry cola. They charge extra for every single topping on a burger and forgot two of the toppings. I try not to leave very negative reviews but, It just wasn’t great. Maybe it was an off night that Friday.

Prices are fair but the service was pretty rushed for only half the restaurant being full. The meatloaf is VERY good, as is the Mac n cheese and cole slaw. The bbq and the beans are mediocre. Mashed potatoes are fine.

Knotty Pine Restaurant is absolutely worth the wait, the money, and the views—especially at sunset! The drinks were phenomenal, and the food was even better. The 16-ounce ribeye was cooked to perfection, the edamame is a must (it could honestly be a meal on its own), and the Ahi tuna salad was outstanding. To top it all off, the owner was so welcoming that he even shared his recipe with me. This place is truly a gem—I can’t recommend it enough!

We were in the area for a family vacation in the Jackson Hole area but stayed in Victor. We did the Pignic barbecue for a takeout meal.. it was fabulous and fed 5 of us very well. All of us aged 14 and older .. definitely recommend them for their barbecue!!

There was a miscommunication which led to the kitchen not knowing I was there for a to-go order called in over the phone. Our food was lukewarm / cold by the time we got it. It was offered free of charge because of the confusion, but even reheated the main dishes were very good (bison burger and veggie burger).
The staff was polite, friendly and understanding despite the mix-up. Overall recommended, but make sure the back of the house / bar knows you're there for a to-go order—not only the host!

It was ok. I had the buffalo burger which was ok. The better part was the mac & cheese. It was super good. While I was there, there was no band performing but it was still very loud. The wait wasn’t too long. The service was pretty good and it was a good experience.

Some of the best food we’ve had on trip to the US.
Loved the interior - it was a real highlight - full of character with rustic wooden finishes and quirky American memorabilia. It had a relaxed, welcoming feel and the atmosphere was lively and buzzy!
The food was amazing - just what we needed after a long, tough hike. We had the large meat combo, ribs, and chicken burger, and everything was delicious, plus came out really quickly! I can especially recommend the ribs with the Knotty Pine sauce added on top!
Would definitely go back if we’re in Victor again.
