The service isn't the best, but the food is great! I've been here a few times and each time I've been the food has been delicious. The last time I went we never got water refills and we sat for about 15mins after we were done before we got a check. Our waitress had friends/family in her section who were seated next to us (she was giving them hugs and kisses) and was defintiley distracted. She was nice though! Hands down best chicken fried steak, bloody Mary’s, and vegetarian breakfast bowls out there!! Been here a handful of times thru out the years and it has yet to disappoint, highly recommended!!
I heard that the Brooks Hotel Restaurant and Lounge had the best breakfast in Wallace. We sat in their lounge on a busy Saturday morning. My husband got the Miner’s Breakfast. I had a bite of the biscuits and gravy that was a part of his meal, and it tasted amazing. I had a waffle with huckleberry compote, which was delicious. Last, but not least, we had one of their huckleberry cinnamon rolls, which was probably the most decadent cinnamon roll I’ve ever had.
