Food and service used to be great! Anymore is a guess if they are open. There is no messages on the phones when you call to let you know if they are open or closed. We have driven down there(we live out of town) to find the open sign lit up, but doors locked and lights off and no explanation.(This would be at 5:30-6pm) One of the last times I caught them opened and ordered, there was inappropriate music playing. Also sanitary/cleanliness was lacking some. The workers are generally nice when they take your orders, but haven't seen the owner in over a year. I've given up trying to get pizza there and will be going somewhere else to eat.

Pizza was great (new top favorite pizza places), got the BBQ chicken and half factory special it. Would buy again.
Milkshakes varied in quality but its still good but its a pizza factory so side dishes may not be perfected. We bought them milk when they didn't have any, funny there's a grocery store a few blocks down. We forgot to ask for discount for them tho... Think it as a tip then.

We already love Pizza Factory, the one in Deer Park Washington has been around almost my whole life! We visit from Spokane on the way to the lake often. So when we had the chance to try the one in Wallace we were rather excited! The food was wonderful, and the cool painting on the wall was awesome! Its got a great small town feel and the staff was great! Will visit again as we love Wallace! One of the greatest small towns we have ever visited, and we travel quite a bit!!!

My kiddos requested pizza during a roadtrip and stumbled upon this gem! Pizza was great babies ate 2 slices each! Husband came back with a huge smile because the pizza shop was about to close but made our pizza anyway. Gave him some background on Wallace and we even got to experience the carnival. I’m glad I didn’t steer away from this spot even though the reviews were misleading.
