My sister went there recently and wanted to leave a tip for the guy that helped her and asked for change from a 20 bill and the guy handed her a 10 dollar bill and then denied to the manager she gave him $20. I recommend not hiring thieves. And the manager believed the thief! Horrible customer service! I used to go here every chance I got! Never again! You lost my whole family as customers and every person I can tell! Not a smart move! Especially over ten whole dollars! SMH 🤦🏼♀️
Tried calling to talk to a manager because something in my order got mixed up and trying to get it fixed and the young lady that answered the phone decided she was going to tell me there was no manager on site at all. There’s no one there that’s in charge and she hung up on me and is refusing to answer the phone. I’ve tried calling three times. Food is great. But not so good at customer service.
I am so surprised, I cannot believe it! Despite living in the area all my life I had never eaten at Jebs Corner until today 6/12/24. I just ate the very best double cheese burger I've ever had in my entire life! It was called the "LT Double Cheese Burger" which I assume stands for lettuce and tomato. I also had tater sticks and cheese sticks which I loved! Tater sticks are very hard to find at a restaurant these days.
