DELICIOUS GOODIES ESPECIALLY THE PRETZELS
After hearing good things about this bakery, I am EXTREMELY disappointed. What we asked was simple. We are not hard to please…but when we can’t eat the cake because it is dry and crumbly we were disappointed. When the owner would not help make it right and take responsibility, we were disappointed.
We ordered two cakes through sweet roots, the cakes were not done by the agreed upon pick up time. The designs were not done as agreed-upon.. the cakes were poor quality...read full review
