We meant to grab a pizza at Kindred vineyards, but they were not serving…instead bottling their latest releases (Carménère/Cab Sauvignon blend and their Sangiovese). The owner, Craig Davis was extremely accommodating…poured us tastings of what was being bottled , invited us to stay and watch and talked about his recent trip and adventure to Mendoza Argentina in search of Malbec grapes. “First time visiting, and we will definitely be returning. We got there at 11:00 on a Sunday without a reservation but were seated right away. Even though it was a little crowded, the service was over the top, very informative and helpful.

We tried a few of the flights. Of course, there were hits and misses based on personal preferences, but each of us found something we really liked and ended up purchasing a bottle. Can’t say enough about how well we were treated.

We had a very nice charcuterie board that was the perfect addition.

The building, grounds, and view are incredible. A nice sunny day helped make the experience fantastic. We’re already looking forward to going back.“

“While dining at Peaceful Valley Farm, we met Anna and Brenda, both diners and worked at Free Dog Wines. They recommended a visit there so we did. We were met by Rueben and later Autumn, too great hosts. We purchased 3 different wines and then I returned today to purchased 3 bottles of bourbon barrel Merlot 2020. This in my opinion was the best of all their wines. Will be ordering again soon.“
