Food is not prepped correctly. Food is not thrown away and still be used past expiration date. Employees work extremely hard to give the best service possible, with little to no support or direction. Hours of operation are all over the place and not geared towards guest needs. Room service is never working and not available enough because the food court is not open for business. I’m a big fan of Adam’s food at all of his locations in Spokane, but the food here is not the same with the current staff cooking the meals. This is my third meal in the last two months that has been below standard.
I spent $78.00 last night for one appetizer (Poppers - no heat and the hot plate was ice cold) These were not fresh. I’ve had Adams amazing poppers that have a good kick to them where the plate is still sizzling.

When we arrived we over heard this lady complaining about her order and got annoyed listening to her it wasn’t until after our entrees came out that we understood.
