We had the beef dip with tots and everything was great. The tots were perfect gold and crispy for sure. Also the pork ribs were most delicious and the baked potato was great as well. Just lovely all around.”

“I had the spicy shrimps stir fry on jasmine rice. It was like 15 bucks so I wasn’t expecting much for shrimp but it had six. It came to me fairly quickly there were a couple of people in front of me. The vegetables were fresh and nicely cooked along with the shrimp but the looked like prawns to me. I’m for sure going back on my next trip out to the casino”

“We stopped by the Latitudes Food Truck after a day of boating on beautiful Lake Coeur d’Alene, and I’m so glad we did! Even on a Sunday, they were open and serving up some seriously incredible food. I had the Bavarian Diggity Dog, and wow — it was next level. A perfectly grilled Bavarian sausage stuffed with cream cheese and bacon, served on a toasted hoagie with marinated cabbage, honey mustard, and crumbled Cotija cheese. Every bite was packed with flavor, and the textures were spot on. I got it with a side of crispy fries and an ice-cold Coca-Cola — perfection! My friends tried the shrimp, cheeseburgers, and regular burgers, and every single person was raving about their food. The portion sizes were generous without being overwhelming, and everything was super fresh and well-prepared. The ambience around the truck was awesome — chill, welcoming, and perfect for a lakeside lunch stop. The employees were friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. We were all seriously impressed and will definitely be back. If you're anywhere near Carlin Bay or boating on Coeur d’Alene, this food truck is an absolute gem. Don’t miss it!”
