Pop machine no ice. A lot of chit chat in kitchen area and nobody on counter
Thank you for the feed back. I will be addressing the issues that were mentioned. I sincerely apologize for the experience you had. I am striving for faster service, and quality of food to be more appealing. At my location I have a lot teens, and most this is there first jobs ever. Please be patient as I am trying to train the next generation of workers. Thank you again for all the feed back. I will do better on responding to reviews. Thank you again.

The food was great!! However the gal that was doing the drive thru window was quite rude. Snappy and plain just didn’t give a darn. This was about 4 pm-ish if she doesn’t want to work then don’t, but being rude and hostile is not okay. Her job is customer service, and she failed miserably today. Usually when we go to zips in Plummer it’s always been pretty good.

Zip's Drive In is a popular fast food restaurant located in a rural area with ample parking. The food is known to taste incredible and staff are friendly. It is a favorite among families, as kids enjoy the food and find it to be a tasty option even when they are picky. The featured milkshake this month was huckleberry, and the huckleberry milkshake was so good! Zip's is the only fast-food place between Coeur D' Alene and Moscow, and the food is amazingly consistent. The staff is above helpful, going above and beyond with customer service. The restaurant was very clean.
