“Five stars to both the employees that were manning the store on 11/7/25 at 1:00pm - they were hustling and working their butts off. HOW ON EARTH ARE THERE ONLY TWO WORKERS DURING A LUNCH RUSH? They managed it well but couldn't answer phones, deal with FOH issues, and I had a request to expedite a catering order but they were so busy they could barely shrink the line let alone hear me out. Insanely poor scheduling / resource management by the leadership of this store - two guys during a Friday lunch leads to an meh-okay restaurant, not good, certainly not great. 5 stars just for the two team members that were killing it.“
“The staff is more than anything I’m leaving this 5 star review for. I ordered 3 sub meals, had miscommunication in a one being steak instead of chicken. I called them back informing them and gave me two options of either refund or making it again and they made me a fresh one. Food is always on point. Thank you again guys“
“I came here today and stop once in a while since the subs are my favorite. But the food aside the gentleman working the front counter so nice and courteous! It was on 1/30 at approximately 11:45am. I was actually put back by it! You just do not see that anymore. He cared about how my day was going and my plans for the weekend. I'd stop in again from that experience alone! Great job.“
