“I go here on Thursdays and it’s sometimes PACKED and being run like the marines by like four dudes who are ungodly amounts of locked in. They proceed to make me a cheesesteak so good I call my friend who lives in Philly and tell him that he’s nothing. I am not usually moved to review food establishments, especially not fast food chains, but I’d be remiss to not to say that this is one of the finest Jersey Mikes I’ve ever been to. If you’re some sort of corporate drone bot at Jersey Mikes LLC farming for something to say about Google reviews at your next meeting, please consider giving the dudes running this store a raise because they’ve simply got it figured out. My favorite is the goth one.“
“I come to this location often, but I always have the best experiences when Brian is working. He is always nice, accommodating, and knowledgeable about what’s new when we’re not sure what to get. I’ll never stop getting my #13 and #17 from here as long as Brian is still the one there. You’re the man Brian!“
“As a delivery driver, I regularly pick up from restaurants all over the North Side of Chicago, and Jersey Mike’s is easily one of my favorite spots. The entire team is always kind, professional, and attentive. They consistently go above and beyond, which makes a big difference when you’re on a tight delivery schedule.

“First time in Jersey mikes big guy kinda gave me a worry not going to lie but as soon as he started talking to me walking me thru the Jersey mikes experience I was hooked line N sinker. Lol . About a week ago came in and he gave me the best experience while also handling the two other customers behind me with the same great attitude this kid is frightening at first with his size and blank stares at first until you fully come inside the restaurant and he greets you like your the most important person he’s seen all day don’t remember his name but he’s the bigger guy asked me to leave a review about his service and I can say it was very much a great experience wasn’t to happy about pricing but he also insured me I’m paying for quality and man was that number 42 one of the best Philly chickens I’ve had in a while keep up the good work kid and smile a little more“
“I have a severe gluten intolerance, and the staff was very kind in explaining how the process works. Theyre not necessarily celiac safe as the sandwich prep area is in front of the condiments section, (crumbs might mix with the pickles, mayo, ect) but the staff is very kind in explaining this. They said they wiped down everything as best they could for me.“

“I came in yesterday to grab lunch and ordered the big kahuna steak which was absolutely perfect. The quality of service provided by Drew was the star of the show!!! He handled my food with care and made it just the way I asked and also gave a warm greeting/smile and thanked me wished me a great day, his customer service was a 10/10.

“I ordered online - was craving a cheesesteak for lunch. Anyways, for some reason my Grubhub app wasn’t working, so I called up to make a change to my order. The nicest person answered the phone. She found my order and added my side of chipotle mayo to the bag. Food got here and was SO good. Shoutout to the person I spoke to on the phone, you’re the MVP!“

“Good things first. The staff is very friendly. When I went in the line was to the door. When it was my turn to order they took it with a smile. I love how Jersey Mike's slices their meat and cheese. It makes it feel extra fresh. I got the #8 The Club Sub. It has turkey, ham, bacon and provolone cheese. I added lettuce and mayonnaise. I bought my sandwich and went and sat down at one of their tables. I went to eat and already my bread was soggy. The meat was dripping with water. I just tore the piece of bread that was soggy off. The rest of the sandwich was good it just had a wet texture. They have Pepsi products.“
