“Is this the best Jersey Mike’s location in the world????
I went today for the first time and was so pleasantly surprised by 1) how GOOD and gorgeous my sandwich was 2) how friendly and nice everyone working there was. So nice!!!!!“
“I had an occasion to order Philly Steak sandwich on line and there were couple add on veggies that I need medically missing on it. Angelina the assistant manager not only apologized for this mistake, she made a brand new sandwich with all the add ons that I need medically. I did not call the store to get a free sandwich or anything, but she went out of her way to really make me a happy camper. Thank you Angelina for your professionalism and your efforts to make the bad situation better. Hope the upper management would recognize her efforts made on this matter“
“Excellent food & service! I have ordered from this location for a local elementary's school teacher appreciation lunch. The orders are always accurate and ready for requested pick-up. The manager, Brenda, is easy to work with and was accommodating. Recommend!“

“I went into JM on 7/5/26 my birthday!!!!!! I had the most amazing experience the young lady that was tall with braids I believe she was a lead, her customer service was top! Even the other employees was fairly new and they simply shared how they love their job and the overall experience at JM, I redeemed my birthday sandwich and life was off to a great start! Thanks to the staff at this location for going above and beyond!“
“I came in yesterday to grab lunch and ordered the big kahuna steak which was absolutely perfect. The quality of service provided by Drew was the star of the show!!! He handled my food with care and made it just the way I asked and also gave a warm greeting/smile and thanked me wished me a great day, his customer service was a 10/10.

“I ordered online - was craving a cheesesteak for lunch. Anyways, for some reason my Grubhub app wasn’t working, so I called up to make a change to my order. The nicest person answered the phone. She found my order and added my side of chipotle mayo to the bag. Food got here and was SO good. Shoutout to the person I spoke to on the phone, you’re the MVP!“
