“Chicken Sumac is delicious on dutch bread. The bread is soft but a little crispy on outside. And sumac is unique tasting and mildly tangy. The staff keep everything running smoothly and all the items are delicious. Sandwiches are fresh and interesting. Desserts look good too. Will have to come back and try more items.“

“Cool cafe with a bunch of eclectic nicknacks and wall art. I got the goat cheese crostini which comes with a side of roasted tomato relish. It was good but it didn’t blow my socks off. It almost seemed like it was missing just one extra ingredient or garnish to take it to the next level.

I also got the chicken club and it was good. The star of the sandwich was definitely the bread. You can tell this place knows what they’re doing when it comes to making bread.“

“Chill spot with really fresh food. We decided to dine in after a relaxing sound bath. The bread was soft with great chew. It held up to the ample flavorful steak but wasn't excessive. They gave us a fresh bottle of A1 sauce to use on our cheese steak sandwiches and it complemented the flavor perfectly. The wings were a good size, perfectly cooked, separated and covered in two sauces that were delectable. And the FRIES!!! Thick cut, lightly crispy outside, pillowy inside, very lightly salted, and PERFECT!!! Lastly, the flavored lemonades were refreshing and actually tasted like what they listed. I enjoyed the peach. “Some of the best vegan banh mi in the city, you'd be hard pressed to find better. The lemongrass tofu is my favorite but the BBQ vegan is also to die for. The ingredients taste very fresh, bread is fresh, herbs are really nice, and they're made to order and you can really tell. Also pretty good prices in the year of 2026.

There are some dead animals on display near the counter, so keep that in mind if that bothers you.“

“This was absolutely the most inhaleable italian beef I had during my stay in Chicago. Their au jus was also thick with spices so no wonder the italian beef is so delicious here. Somehow their dipped sandwich is perfectly soft and tender. You can literally sit there and breathe this sandwich in to consume it. Staff were very friendly and kind. Loved it here. Teared up seeing Anthony Bourdain’s face too.“

“I placed an online order for a corned beef sandwich and a separate pastrami sandwich The corned beef was extremely dry and not flavorful, I suggest skipping it The pastrami was flavorful a bit on the dry side They put mustard and other condiments on the side but do not tell u this So got to my car and realized I now need utensils to spread condiments CB was on rye and P was on a French roll, both breads were just ok, did not taste fresh baked This was my first time I wud go back to try their hot food“

Mary the owner catered our wedding party for us, and it was probably the best food we had all weekend. They were able to provide Vegan and Gluten Free versions of almost all of their main menu items, which delighted our dietary-restricted guests. Highly recommend both eating at the cute restaurant and getting them to cater for you!!“

“I am somewhat of a chicken sandwich aficionado. I was incredibly surprised at how good Tso Good's chicken sandwich was. I've tried almost all of the contenders in Chicago (Redlight Chicken, Fry the Coop, The Roost, Honey Butter, etc...) I was amazed at how good this place was! The Chicken patty was flavorful and juicy, nice and thick. I will have to add this place into my rotation! I don't know how I missed it before today.“

Order extra sauce and dont get mad if they charge for it because the sandwich is great without it but it’s FANTABULOUS w the extra sauce for dipping. This is not a sandwich you have and think you can finish it or the rest of your to-do list! You will need a quiet corner afterwards!! 10/10 best food, service and atmosphere! “Al’s Italian Beef was exactly what I wanted from a Chicago Italian beef! The beef itself had real flavor, the hand-cut fries were delicious, and the whole place had that genuine local feel I was hoping for. Nothing fancy—just really good food done well. Absolutely worth a stop!“

“This subway has been one of the greatest customer and food services I have had the pleasure to patronize. I stopped going to this subway years ago because of poor ownership and service. I refused to eat at this subway due to incompetence. Once new ownership arrived at this location, it was a completely different experience. The workers were cordial and friendly, the food quality was much improved, and the environment was much more welcoming. The new owner did an amazing job turning that subway around for the better. They also asked how my daughter was doing when she was in the hospital. We visit this subway often I would highly recommend this subway to anyone in Chicago. This subway is the gold standard of franchises that all others should model after.“

“As a pregnant woman, I can confidently say these people saved my life.

I needed a BLT immediately and they delivered. Perfectly made, exactly what I was craving, and somehow better than any sandwich from anywhere else. Jersey Mike’s just knows sandwiches.

“One of my go to lunch spots. Great mom and pop sandwich shop run by Koreans! I will say there is a bit of a wait for your food but only when there's a lot of people during the lunch rush. Worth it everytime, I usually get the torpedo with everything on it. Also one of the best tomato soups!!“
