“I think, now this is the perfect time to write a review. I being a customer if the location from last 4 months, twice a week I go there to get my subway for TO-GO for next day afternoon lunch. They always make my subway perfectly how I wanted. Now, they know what I want and they make it before I enter the location. And that what I always like.

I think they are making bread everyday. Not like other locations, bc I am a subway fan from last 3 years and had tried few locations as well, but their location's bread always feel like soft. Meatballs and roadt beefs are always perfectly served, although I am veggie lover but my friend always ask me to get this for her. So, after 4 months, absolutely they deserve 5 stars now.“

“I saw the Choula and Lime ad on social media and came into to have a Philly cheesesteak with that flavoring. Jack who was working during the freezing weather conditions let me know it was only used for a wings rub but said he could try to make it as a cheese steak by mixing butter instead! He was very friendly and accommodating, willing to go above and beyond to help me. They were also closing soon and I was going to take my meal to go but he insisted that my partner and i dined in so the food stayed warm. Absolutely made my night because I got exactly what I wanted and it was a delicious cheesesteak!“

“I placed an online order for a corned beef sandwich and a separate pastrami sandwich The corned beef was extremely dry and not flavorful, I suggest skipping it The pastrami was flavorful a bit on the dry side They put mustard and other condiments on the side but do not tell u this So got to my car and realized I now need utensils to spread condiments CB was on rye and P was on a French roll, both breads were just ok, did not taste fresh baked This was my first time I wud go back to try their hot food“

I refused to eat at this subway due to incompetence. Once new ownership arrived at this location, it was a completely different experience. The workers were cordial and friendly, the food quality was much improved, and the environment was much more welcoming. The new owner did an amazing job turning that subway around for the better. They also asked how my daughter was doing when she was in the hospital. We visit this subway often I would highly recommend this subway to anyone in Chicago. This subway is the gold standard of franchises that all others should model after.“

“I had to share an incredible experience we had at Subway at 14704 Cicero ave in Midlothian recently. As a high school teacher, I brought in a group of my English learner students to practice real-world language skills, and the two sandwich artists working today absolutely blew me away.

From the moment we walked in, Hemil and Akra were patient, encouraging, and genuinely invested in helping my students succeed. Instead of rushing them, they took the time to ask thoughtful questions, gently encourage them to speak louder, and even gave them the space to practice, even when it took a little extra time.

What could have been an overwhelming experience for my students turned into something empowering and joyful, all because of the kindness and understanding that Hemil and Akra showed. They didn’t just make sandwiches, they created a safe, supportive environment where my students felt confident using their voices.

It’s not every day you see that level of care and humanity in a busy setting. I’m so grateful for their warmth and professionalism. They made a lasting impact on my students (and on me). Thank you for going above and beyond! And thank you for the DELICIOUS sandwiches! We will be back 😄“

“To be fair, it was about an hour before closing time. However, the older lady was very sweet and made our food very well and it was delicious. Her coworker on the other hand didn't seem to friendly. We wanted to add to our order and she couldn't even be bothered to stop sweeping to come and complete the transaction until the older lady had already finished making the 1st part of the order. I have worked in hospitality all my life. I know how she felt but if she want customers to return and ensure job security for her, she should be a little more friendly and willing to assist.“

“Had to change my review after yesterday’s dinner that we got I got the super loop which in my opinion was super dry. They didn’t put the dressing and for the price. They only gave me two slices of meat, one of each ham and roast beef Which I think they forgot the turkey. My fiancé got a double cheeseburger we had bacon each bacon strip was $1.47 but yet it seemed like they just grab one bacon strip and cut it in half instead of giving lots of two whole strips the food used to be good here, but I don’t know for what reason they Started lacking“
