“This will be my new Subway seeing as they're charging cheaper than other subways. A BMT footlong here is like 10.99. At the location on 79th and 88th avenue in justice, a BMT is almost $15. Why would I pay more for the same exact sandwich when these locations are pretty close to each other.“

“I think, now this is the perfect time to write a review. I being a customer if the location from last 4 months, twice a week I go there to get my subway for TO-GO for next day afternoon lunch. They always make my subway perfectly how I wanted. Now, they know what I want and they make it before I enter the location. And that what I always like.

I think they are making bread everyday. Not like other locations, bc I am a subway fan from last 3 years and had tried few locations as well, but their location's bread always feel like soft. Meatballs and roadt beefs are always perfectly served, although I am veggie lover but my friend always ask me to get this for her. So, after 4 months, absolutely they deserve 5 stars now.“

Order extra sauce and dont get mad if they charge for it because the sandwich is great without it but it’s FANTABULOUS w the extra sauce for dipping. This is not a sandwich you have and think you can finish it or the rest of your to-do list! You will need a quiet corner afterwards!! 10/10 best food, service and atmosphere! The young lady was so nice I wish I got her name. But whomever she is, she was there 7/9/26 around 2:30p. Love this place and I WILL BE BACK!!“

Eggplant parm is also perfect. Crunchy, chewy, hearty, choice of giardiniera, mmm! I’ll try the veggie sub next.

He then claimed bc I put ketchup on the fries, he cannot refund me………… a nice man came to my aid and loudly explained to the man to refund my money. The worker then did as the man requested. “This subway has been one of the greatest customer and food services I have had the pleasure to patronize. I stopped going to this subway years ago because of poor ownership and service. I refused to eat at this subway due to incompetence. Once new ownership arrived at this location, it was a completely different experience. The workers were cordial and friendly, the food quality was much improved, and the environment was much more welcoming. The new owner did an amazing job turning that subway around for the better. They also asked how my daughter was doing when she was in the hospital. We visit this subway often I would highly recommend this subway to anyone in Chicago. This subway is the gold standard of franchises that all others should model after.“

“I work just a couple of blocks from this Potbelly and the service is always exceptional! The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. As someone who uses a wheelchair, I especially appreciate their willingness to help with the heavy entrance doors.
