Based on the reviews, Charleys Cheesesteaks has good food, including an amazing chicken philly cheese sandwich with fresh ingredients. The atmosphere is welcoming, with great customer service and a clean bathroom. However, the bone-in wings were very tough to chew and extremely dry, a quality-of-food issue. The food was served promptly, even for a larger group. Some staff were friendly and attentive, but one tall dark black hair lady with a pin in her hat was overly demanding and rude, and another worker named Kayla wasn't even helping and made a dine-in experience uncomfortable. It is a bit pricey but overall a good place to eat.
