We got the chicken dinners and the chicken Alfredo. Everything was delicious and I am going back again. Even tho they gave us the wrong order when we picked up our food, they let us keep the other food. We were only blocks away and people make mistakes. The OX tail was delish and the mac n cheese was addicting. Highly recommend for something new. If your sick of the same old thing you gotta check this place out!!
Stumbled upon this local mom and pop Carribean spot while visiting Chicago. Ordered the Jerk and Stew chicken dinners. Healthy sized portions of each. The rice with the Jerk meal was drowned in jerk gravy. The jerk although smokey, was missing the spiciness/heat, but came with jerk sauce. I've tried jerk chicken from many different restaurants throughout the Chicago area, and this place easily ranks among my favorites. The seasoning is rich, flavorful, and has just the right amount of heat without overpowering the chicken. Every bite was juicy, tender, and cooked perfectly.
