Their tomato bisque soup is the best I’ve had. I shoulda gotten the large. Expected a something red, puréed, and hot to get me through this rainy fall day. It’s creamy, smooth, right amount of cheese and tender veggies to make it a moment. I wanna eat this everyday.
Eggplant parm is also perfect. Crunchy, chewy, hearty, choice of giardiniera, mmm! I’ll try the veggie sub next.
