Best Sandwiches in Chicago!!!
What can only be described as awesome JTs delivers the best flavor for the buck. Eaten the pork tenderloin sandwich, beans and greens melt, coney fries and now the JT burger. None disappointed, and the simple fry sauce is burger-dippable. Buns and bread are toasted to perfection nice and soft so they’re super fresh. Easily the greatest sandwich joint in the city. They outdo Michigan coneys consistently which is insane since that’s where im from. Chili is spiced, but not spicy or heavy. Fried pickles are thick and fresh. This is the perfect place to go on a bad day since the food will push your head back and you can forget about your problems for the 5 min it takes to inhale the food.

Based on six reviews, JT’s Genuine Sandwich Shop is a delightful sandwich shop with friendly staff. The food is incredible, and the quality and flavor are amazing. The owner is super nice and hospitable. The burger is extremely flavorful and full of fresh ingredients, and one reviewer had never had one like it. The Made Rite burger checks all the boxes of a solid burger and satisfies any burger craving. The bun is nice and buttery. The roasted pork and greens are fantastic, and the fries are very well done. The fried chicken sandwich and the fried pickles are both have-again. The Pork Tenderloin Sandwich is perfection, the best one ever had. The chili passed the eye test. It is a privilege to have easy access to so many iconic regional Midwest sandwiches. One order was never picked up by a driver, but the restaurant was nice enough to call to let the customer know. It was an amazing experience and totally worth the money.
