“So my daughter & I went 2 the Melrose Park, Il. location. It rained all day & when the server gave her our food, she had 2 ask 4 a bag, then he rolled his eyes @ her, because her hands were full, that he finally opened the bag 4 her, with an attitude 2 boot. REALLY??!! No1 told u 2 work there & if you're gonna act like that, have an attitude & roll your eyes.....WOW!!!! I really hope whoever's in charge, has a talk with employees about "How u don't act towards our customers "!!!!“
“SPOOKY SUBS Tasteful Halloween decorations and good-natured employees made for a nice, quick lunch. Since nearby Don Alfredo was closed on account of Colombus Day, I made the best of yesterday's situation and went to this Subway in Melrose Park instead. It's just off the corner of Lake St & 25th Ave. The 6" Italian BMT on toasted italian herb & cheese bread always satisfies, especially when I can load it up with as many toppings as I want: cucumbers, black olives, jalapenos, sriracha mayo, dry seasonings with oil & vinegar. Good selection of fountain bevs, surprised to see mango-lime agua fresca! Say whaaaaat. There must be something about this October that's gotten restaurants amped to put up seasonal decor. They had some cobwebs draped across a drink fridge, a couple pumpkins scattered around, and skeleton stickies on the windows. Small touches go a long way. Props for not smelling like the usual combination of stale yeast and urinal cakes that most Subways reek of. I'm sure the two ceiling fans played a part in keeping the air quality breathable for customers. I also noticed both workers cleaning up the sandwich assembly area. They thanked me for my business (you're welcome!) * TL;DR * What's it take for a Subway to get five stars? The world may never know.....though this location came pretty darn close. I really do appreciate the little things that make a big difference like cute decor, friendly attitudes, and clean work areas. Good on them.“
“If anything this is my go to place to eat subs. It's always super clean, the staff is nice, and they do everything super fast. My favorite is when the guy recommends a sub, puts on different veggies that I don't normally eat, and makes it so delicious!!!! I totally recommend this place, and don't pay attention to the bad reviews y'all. They actually close at 11 not midnight. Please be informed about your local place of a subway before adding a bad review. I love this Subway and I keep coming back to it. If you go there tell them I sent you! And enjoy your sub!“
“What can only be described as awesome JTs delivers the best flavor for the buck. Eaten the pork tenderloin sandwich, beans and greens melt, coney fries and now the JT burger. None disappointed, and the simple fry sauce is burger-dippable. Buns and bread are toasted to perfection nice and soft so they’re super fresh. The owner Chris is warm and inviting and lives literally down the block. Should be at minimum a weekend destination joint and what’s more could be a place 2 or 3 days a week. I’m going to work all through menu; it’s great!“
“It was our first time here and the food was delicious and freshly made, best Philly cheesteak I’ve ever had! The wings were so meaty and had great flavor as well. We appreciated how the staff helped us out with the orders and helping us choose what to try.“
“First time trying this place and I would go back again. I ordered the seasoned fries. They were very crispy and tasty. The seasoning was a bit different. I ordered the spicy garlic shrimp sandwich with extra shrimp. Absolutely delicious. It was not spicy but well seasoned. The arugula on the sandwich was a nice e compliment to the overall taste profile.“
“Owner doesn't like when you use a coupon you can see it in his verbal expression. I go there to use a coupon and he cuts back on meat and I order a large philly steak always. It's same amount that order a small philly steak with out a coupon!!! Don't cheat the customer. You will be in business for long time...“
“First time visiting this spot despite passing by this area so often. I was quite surprised they had a pretty vast sandwich menu! I had the seafood and crab sandwich with the provolone, and it was delicious. It didn't have a fishy smell or fishy taste (just a seafood taste). The sandwich was filled with a lot of ingredients, too, and was toasted very well! The staff were super friendly, so nice, and they were making the sandwiches fast! The atmosphere was very inviting and you could tell a lot of locals come here to eat! I will definitely come here and try the other sandwiches in the future when I'm in the area!Parking: The entrance to the area where the sandwich spot can be a little confusing.“
“Clean place with smiling friendly faces. Sub of the day deals are nice, but you get those at almost any Subway. It's close to home, but there are several choices nearby. This subway is one of the better ones that I have visited and I will return.“
