Subway in Joliet

“I haven't been in a subway that was fully staffed and making things happen in a long time. Subways have gone so far downhill with their service; I've practically stopped going. It was nice to be met with a smile and see more than 2 employees.“

woman is like asking us about the sandwiches which kind of sandwich we need the veggies is fresh and also the meat“

“This is the best location hands down. The staff is very nice and helpful, they will let you know if it costs extra. They accept coupons and have a notice with the coupons that are not accepted (expired and BOGO)
The building itself is very tall and spacious, you have plenty of tables to sit down and eat unlike other locations. Bathrooms are clean and stocked.“

“Was here on a Monday about 1pm. The lady making our subs was friendly and patient, while I texted my husband for his order. Even after our subs were made, she put some cheese in a little bag, when he decided he did want cheese on his sub, so sweet!“

“You get served fresh breads and cookies which you don't usually find at the other subways based on my experience with them. People including the Walmart staff are usually friendly and often forgiving for your mistakes. My time spent at this store with the staff, customers and the owner will always be remembered ☺️“
