Beyond disappointed. A few months back, we drove out to the location in Edison because of the issues with cleanliness in Orland Park, and we were more than happy so imagine the disappointment driving it back there again with a bigger group for my daughters birthday. We were seated immediately waited 30 minutes for drink order, which consisted of one short and only half the amount of straws. We were given no silverware.
