The Dunkin' at this location is known for its exceptional customer service, with the staff at the drive-thru being particularly kind. While some workers may not be as pleasant, one standout employee goes above and beyond to make customers feel valued. The overall experience is positive, with fast service and accurately made drinks like the iced coffee. Customers are willing to go out of their way to visit this particular Dunkin' for the great service they receive.
However, there have been some mixed reviews regarding the food items. Some customers have complained about the hash browns being soggy and having a bad flavor, possibly due to the oil not being changed regularly. The bagels have also been hit-and-miss, with some customers finding them underbaked. Customers have also noted the importance of proper packaging, such as ensuring there are napkins in the bag and the donut is placed on wax paper.
Despite these occasional issues, the majority of customers praise the Dunkin' location for its accuracy in order fulfillment and the overall polite and friendly staff. The quick service is also a highlight for many customers, though some have expressed concerns about rising prices and the perceived similarity in taste across all Dunkin' coffees.
