Clean mostly Friendly staff. Lately don’t know what’s going on Prices are scanning wrong. Bought Cherry turnovers. Turned out to be Apple. Time for new Manager!
I work with a local food pantry and Jewel Foods (through the Northern Illinois Food Bank) is a driving force in helping to feed the less fortunate. Jewel Foods is definitely a Company with true 360 degree commitment to their mission and Community.
They had everything I was looking for. Produce was very fresh.

Jewel-Osco is a welcoming store with a family-like atmosphere, offering great deals daily. Although smaller than other locations, its compact size makes it easy to navigate. While some customers have experienced minor issues with inventory and rewards systems, the store has shown improvement since recent construction. Friendly employees like Frankie in the dairy department provide exceptional customer service.
