I couldn’t put zero stars. Terrible experience. Had to get the police involved to be given a refund of an 80.00 dollar order. Was told by the STORE MANAGER that he was too busy to rectify the situation. Corporate has been called and the store owner has not called us back. Was hung up on multiple times. When the police arrived they were AWARE of the manager behaving this way to other customers. Was told Daniel Moraels was who I spoke to on the phone but I have a hard time believing that to be true when I was told off multiple times on the phone. We will never return and never recommend LC ever again.

Bunch of young irresponsible kids working there who will not answer the phone tonite. Management needs to rehaul the employees there and hire some people that care about customer service instead of ignoring customers potential orders. Will be calling to speak to management asap.

Got two stuffed crust pizzas for $18 with a coupon and a bottle of whiskey for $15 from the Jewel next door 30 minutes before closing. Best pizza I've had in a while for half the price. Whiskey was ok.

I went today to get some pizza I order my pizza they told me it was gonna be ready in 15 minutes after 20 minutes I went back i don’t know what’s the guy name but he has that weird haircut closed the door told me that we not allow to go in because the floor was wet and the guy in the registered recognize us and he was about to give me the pizza and the stuff that I paid for and the manger with that weird haircut laughed and close the door told me to go to the drive thru I didn’t even have a car he wasn’t trying to give me the pizza he wanted me to go thru the drive thru with a car I didn’t even have a car I went walking really rude manager worse little Cesar place I ever went to !!!!!!

Not only did they not tell me I needed a receipt for pickup if not I would have kept it, but the old guy had an attitude w me although I ordered with him a few minutes prior! Won’t be coming back

Came to this location to get a pepperoni pizza. Was told that they don’t have any pepperoni pizza available unless you place an online order for it. I said how long would the weight be for a pepperoni? They said you can’t get one unless you place the order online. Dumbest thing I’ve ever heard.
This pizzeria never gives you 2 pepperoni pizzas, they always say they only have one and it makes you. Wait 10 minutes for the other one ??

Went walking they locked the doors early before they close and told me to go to drive through window bur wouldn't give me my food turned me away manager just decided to walk away from me with out even refunding me my money waste of time they should close already or fire him

Layer of wax in my 2 year old daughter slice from 8/21/2024. It’s just really upsetting because of course she wanted to keep eating the pizza but the wax being cooked in cheese is putting additional toxins in my child’s body smh. I understand busy, tired , underpaid etc but this was just not unacceptable.
