This location has been great for the last year and a half. Just recently all the orders have been short. Call to get a refund and you have to go through corporate. To order the one missing Pizza that they cannot deliver because they're busy now costs a delivery fee convenience fee. Ends up being $20 for a $9 Pizza to replace. I believe in second chances but have already given them. I will try a third and then that's it.

This place is terrible the food is unsafe to eat management are unprofessional and they treat you with no respect . I bought two pizzas yesterday before I went to work for my kids and today when I was back from work my mother was telling me how bad the pizza was I was uncooked from the bottom I was like the dough was wet.I took one pizza back but I was missing maybe two pieces . I when to the store to let the manager know about the issue but the guy in charge was terrible he said he don’t care how the pieces of pizza looks . I really don’t want to start a argument with him and I left but some one need to take care of this issues this is not the first time that we have problems with this place

Had to wait for a pizza. Ok, that's understandable. It's lunchtime. But angrily waving us on at the drive thru window, and not actually telling us where to pull up/ park at? Not helpful. And what the heck is this?? I wanted pepperoni on my pizza, not just the last 4 bites and crust. Worst staff I've ever had the displeasure of interacting with.

Edit: just finished my first slice. And realizing there's NO SAUCE. And it's underbaked, so the dough is still very dough-y. Honestly, I don't think I can finish this. It's gonna make me get food poisoning or something.

I am honestly shocked at how horribly I was treated by the manager at this location. My order was completely wrong, and when I tried to get it fixed, the manager came out with an attitude and refunded me, but the refund was short by $50. He refused to return the rest, and we had to call the cops.

The officers even told us they get called to this location multiple times a week, which is unbelievable. And honestly, God knows what he does with the food when he’s angry.

This manager should NOT be working with food or in customer service. I will never return, and I strongly recommend going to another Little Caesars for your own safety and peace of mind.

Absolutely disgusting how their customer service is. I called to say there was error from the Uber Eats app and they disregarded me and rushed me off the phone. Not even to fully hear me out. I know it’s a 3rd party app but do better to listen before rushing off the phone.

Worst person in customer service I have ever come across. I see so many bad reviews about him yet he’s still there treating people very badly.

I came to pick up a pizza Thursday night around 9:20pm, it is nowhere specified that this location is drive-thru only. I come to the door it’s locked the guy already looking hostile makes signals to go to the drive-thru window. I walk over given that is like 5 meters away, he stands on the window and starts waving no. I go back to my car and drive up to the window I give him my name and I ask why he couldn’t just give me the pizza when I was standing there. He starts being very rude saying that “He is sick of Latinos”, asks my name again and I ask again why he couldn’t just give me the pizza. He says he’s gonna cancel my order and walks away. He keeps coming back and forth and finally gives me my pizza after I tell him my confirmation number because he said my name wasn’t on the receipt on the pizza box (which it was).

This store CLOSES at 9pm. Was allowed to order online a little before 9pm and I arrived after 9PM a little after 9pm and was met with an unprofessional encounter by a staff member. This could have been avoided if hours were corrected. Normally when you place orders online and it's too close to closing, the orders are not accepted and or are push to another acceptable time. Take a look even Google says 10pm.
