Online carry out menu says The Malnati’s Chicago Classic was on Buttercrust. Wife went there and ordered pizza & salad. Went back to pickup pizza and person she ordered with said it was not Buttercrust ?? That’s an extra charge ?? The pizza is already overpriced so why not give you the choice of your crust. It’s just an average pizza without Buttercrust. Only go there once a year for the pizza for this reason

First time in Chicago wanted to order a deep dish pizza kept getting the runaround from other locations, but this particular location made sure it happened and I was taken care of. Great customer service overly appreciated. Can’t say enough great way to change the view on deep dish for Chicago.

Wow! The only thing better than the suberb taste of the malnatis classic pizza and super fresh malnatis salad, was the outstanding customer service I experienced. The manager went out of his way to ensure my food and experience was nothing short of spectacular. It may have taken a little longer than expected, but boy was it worth the wait. This location has crossed all of its T's and dotted all of its i's, a true gem.

I ordered an XL cheese with fresh basil. The kitchen clearly ran out of basil or the cooks don’t know what they’re doing(more likely the first bc I’m a chef & know these situations happen) …. They put PARSLEY on it instead of basil and when I called to let them know they said “the kitchen said it was basil.” NO SIR, I can assure you this is NOT BASIL and now none of my guests are happy. Thanks a bunch!

This was the worst pizza I have ever had & before I get criticized I’m from Chicago the heart of Chicago i’ve been eating pizza, my whole life and this one pretty much blows I have had Lou malnatis From other locations and it was pretty good I mean OK but Addison location I don’t know I’ll just be blunt. It sucked.
