The food here was great! I highly recommend making reservations. I will say that I was not happy with the service. I made the reservation and had dinner with my friend from out of town. They made us leave our table because they were behind on reservations. There were empty tables next to us. We would have ordered more drinks etc if they did not make us leave. I know some establishments have time limits, but as I mentioned there were empty tables. It was not worth the money for...
The atmosphere was fantastic, and the place had a very upscale vibe. We really enjoyed the baked clams—they were delicious. However, the risotto entrée was undercooked and didn’t quite meet expectations. For dessert, we had the fried dough, which came in a large bowl meant for sharing (4–5 people), but it didn’t taste very fresh. Overall, this spot seems perfect for drinks and appetizers with friends, but not my favorite choice for a meal.
My pasta dish was brought out and eaten before my husband's fish was ever brought to the table. When asked about fish, our waitress said they were busy...no apology or excuse. It was father's day and restaurant had many tables open. Also, bourbon on the rocks was $25, which is very high.
