Staying in hotel across the street. Wanted drink on my way to hotel from work. Ordered online. Said would be ready in 10 minutes. I got there in 4. It was ready and the young lady behind the counter was friendly and nice! Opposite of the Starbucks at OHare terminal 2. Good job!!

Went through the drivethru this morning and a delightful woman with a bugs bunny tattoo named Ayeesha was the light of my morning. Her attitude and joy was contagious and she made me smile. Thank you to a lovely lady who made my day.

Another customer noted the order was ready but was not called, leading to a long wait. This location is a pickup/drive-through only store, so orders are super efficient. It is easily the most reliable Starbucks around, perfect for grabbing something on the go or taking a short break.
