I’ve been to this particular Portillos in Addison several times now. And I’m giving a five star review because the service is excellent and most importantly everybody is welcome. They have employees of all ages, nationality, gender and they are friendly and efficient. A unified team. So kudos to this location.

Food was good Fries were fresh Burger was freshly cooked Even the drink tasted like the drink machine was brand new can't explain it more than that.
My only complaint was the drive through line was blocked off from every entrance expect by the front of the building making me have to drive all the way around the building from the direction I entered from.
