“For a great mixed drink, ask for Beth. Friendly and took time to chat with us. From out of town it's always nice trip add places to out lost to come back to return we visit Chicago.And you could tell her attitude was genuine and not just to get a tip. When staff is friendly it just makes a place seen more welcoming. The drink was delicious and OMG she knew EVERY single one of her flavored vodkas off the top of her head! They've got a lot. They are health conscious with their offerings; I’m a diabetic so I eat a lot of salads,and chilli. You can see that if you’re not satisfied with your order or service they will fix it and pronto . Got to the location and it was still closed. Frustrated, I left the 1 star review. A few hours later I was contacted by Andres the manager at xgolf downers grove and he explained the mix up and apologized. Nowadays that goes a long way. Mistakes happen and it’s really refreshing when a company takes this approach. Thank you Andres for reaching out, it shows your commitment to the brand and to making sure that everyone that comes through the door has a top shelf experience.“

“My wife and I watched the bears vs packers game. Great atmosphere and fun time watching the game. However, BOTH bathrooms had issues and one urinal overflowed causing a mess. When the game was over and we left, we were blocked in by someone who made up a parking spot in the back of the lot. Multiple people made up spots all over the lot. When I addressed the issue with the front desk and spoke with the manager, they did nothing and said to call the police. It is not up to the customer to manage your property. I thought it was a joke of a response when a concern was raised.“

I wanted to bowl the following evening and when I showed up Renee recognized me and told me she had a surprise for me. She then went into the back room and came back with my nephew‘s credit card. I imagine it could be difficult to remember exactly who was Bowling on that lane last Yet she remembered and put the credit card on the side as she figured I’d be returning at some point during the week. I really appreciate her honesty and care for her customers!!! I highly recommend this bowling alley as all the people who work there are honest,work work very hard to keep things clean, Maintain the bowling lanes, prepare food, etc. I love coming to this bowling alley And Have recommended It to several other others over the past few years!
