“I’m gonna be straight up with you, I work at McDonald’s. Quarter pounders are cooked fresh. You do have to wait on it. We do apologize. We have never took in someone’s debit card and left them in the drive-through without it. That was a lie. And also we are very short staffed so if you do have to wait for your food, we do apologize. We are ALWAYS advertising for new employees. And as a McDonald’s employ, we are not authorized to give you a receipt you have to ask for them. Sorry. And for the person that had to wait 21 minutes for your mobile order, we can’t control if you ordered it at the wrong restaurant. We can’t control your phone. We can’t ensure that we got everything you asked for it that’s why we ask, “Is everything correct on your order?” So with that out of the way, please consider the fact that this is a local restaurant. Ran by people that live in this community. We all have to make a living and and let’s be good to one another! I’ve never had troubles out of this restaurant, even before I worked here. Y’all just want reason to complain and hate on something. Smh“
“We visit here at least once a week. They have a wide variety of drinks and a good selection of bakery items. We love the scones. They also offer several flavors of gourmet icecream. The staff is always friendly and helpful. It's a nice place to meet friends and hang out.“
