We tried Banushi’s today and really liked it. Grew up on Chicago pizza and this is Chicago in Algonquin. Crispy crust, good sauce. My husband likes lots of cheese, I prefer light cheese - this was the perfect compromise. Pickles appetizer and chicken soup were also good. Can’t wait to try the Chicken Parm. Great service, you can tell they take pride in what they do. We prefer to support local family places, we will be back!
Absolutely loved this place. We ordered the pickle chips, mozzarella sticks, and a pizza, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The restaurant was spotless, you could tell cleanliness is a priority here. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive without being overbearing—they checked in at the right times and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Overall, delicious food, great service, and a really comfortable atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!
