“Excellent experience. Saturday night at 7 prime time. Was told the wait would be about 30 minutes, turned out to be 10 minutes. Sat down in a nice booth. Our Waiter was Brian. So professional on everything. Made sure we always had drinks filled. Asked if everything was good, if we needed anything multiple times. Took away our dirty dishes immediately. Overall just Great. Stuffed mushrooms for appetizers were really good. Steak for main course, I had the filet, melted in your mouth. Definitely coming back and would recommend this place to anyone.”

We were seated immediately and the waiter asked if we wanted a bowl of water for our little guy. Service was very good and the food was outstanding. Highly recommend their patio if you like to dine with your doggie. One of very few nice local restaurants that allow dogs on their patio.”

“Tap House Grill Algonquin has a great assortment of craft beers on tap that rotate with the season. My favorite barkeeps are Josh and Kaitlen and GM Stephanie is often there helping the staff. Great place to catch a game, enjoy a drink and some bar food.”

“What a great place with wonderful cocktails, a large and varied menu and a happy vibe. Christian, our server answered our many questions about the food and emboldened us to try selections we’d never had before! I loved the charbroiled skirt steak, ceviche, those pork appetizers I’ve never heard of, and my frozen strawberry margaritas. Others at the table had enchiladas, tamales, sangria and beer. Christian kept it all coming. He made sure to tell us about upcoming events such as taco Tuesdays and live music, including mariachi bands. Oh, sign me up! It also appeared to be family friendly. It’s a large space with plenty so we could have a conversation with our friends. The outdoor seating area looked nice, too, but we dined in the bar. A fantastic experience.”

“We love their pizzas and salads. We take a selection and add/subtract to our liking. So easy, no fuss for the pizza makers. And the crust is great, we get the mega dough. We can only eat 1/2 of the pizza each. So, we have half a pizza for lunch another day. We also get a salad when we are ordering pizzas to go, so we have the salad for lunch the next day. So much food for the price, and 3 meals out of 1 visit…..that’s how much you get!”

“We typically use the drive thru. We like your food, always fresh and tasty. Tonight I had the chicken avocado and strawberry salad. The salad was fresh, walnuts were sweet and crispy, dressing was very creamy. The only criticism I have is my chicken avocado and strawberry salad had no avocados. I do understand sometimes you can run out of ingredients or supply chain issues can interfere with menus. I would just ask to have this made known to us upon ordering or upon discovery, all in the interest of good customer service that you usually do deliver.”

“This is by far the best Starbucks in the area bar none . Everyone from the top management to the baristas are kind, friendly, caring and efficient. I’ve never had an attitude from any of them no matter how complicated my beverage order is. They keep the place clean and safe also. Unfortunately, the Starbucks in Algonquin by the movie theater, and also the one on Randall by Kohl’s has some of the rudest employees. In fact, the one by Kohl’s mopped the floors without squeezing out the mop and there were large puddles of soapy water all over, and I almost fell, even though I was walking extremely slowly. Putting a sign down does not excuse them from liability, but they didn’t seem to care at all about me, or anyone for that matter , and when I expressed my concern that someone can fall, they just rolled their eyes up at me. I am grateful that the Starbucks closest to my home on Algonquin Road and Ryan is Friendly professional and efficient unlike the other ones.”
