“I just got Dave’s from the drive-thru. I can’t express how much I absolutely adored Morgan who was taking my order and was as sweet as can be! She’s such a hard worker for a young girl. I wish there were more people like her not only in the service industry, but also I wish there were more people like her in this world. Dave’s, if you have an employee of the month, a plaque of some kind, a raise, or a scholarship, Morgan deserves that and more! I work in the service industry myself and it’s not easy, you definitely come across people who are hard to get along with. Even though most of the time people are trying their best. If anyone ever has something negative to say about this store or Morgan, it will be the guests' who is in the wrong, not Morgan’s! I can’t wait to come back and hopefully see her again the next time I order here!“

I ordered online for Crystal Lake by clicking Pick Up, but the website sent the order to Algonquin. They refused to refund my order. I have included a picture of the website and the pick up button. It clearly says Crystal Lake.“

“We love our Algonquin Chick-fil-A! Everyone is so pleasant. We always get greeted with such a warm welcome and with a smile.“

“I’ve been to this Cane’s a couple of times after trying it the first time somewhere else. The staff are friendly and the food is very consistent. It somehow tastes exactly like the first time I’ve tried it and it still remains like that. Dine-In area is very clean. Would definitely be coming here again.“

“Just picked up dinner for the family and was so impressed with Suzi and her team. I pulled into the drive thru and when I asked about some online coupons they had available they were super kind, explaining that I had to order them thru the app in order to get the discounts. I told them thank you for explaining and that I would pull out the the drive thru, place the order and come back thru when it was ready! They actually seemed shocked that someone would do that instead of yelling at them about the procedure and thanked me!
When I pulled back thru the drive thru one of two of my orders were ready so they asked if I could pull around by the front door.
They were soooo busy too! People in the drive thru and people going inside. As I watched, they seemed to get people thru both lines quickly. People walking out of the restaurant seemed happy!
When Suzi brought out my order, she brought it out with a smile and apologized for the wait! There really wasn’t a wait! I told her that het whole team was doing great! She mentioned she was two people short today so that made her happy to hear that service wasn’t suffering!!! Keep up the good work! You guys rocked it today!! Btw…. Dinner was amazing!!!“

“Best food !! Hands down, if you’re looking for a spot to eat and ENJOY your food this is the place!
I tried the mango habanero, original Chicago, and sweet & spicy! ALLL of them are fire 🔥
The Chicken is really good and shrimp was delicious! 🤤
A must go!
One thing is since it’s a small business go with time since there can be multiple orders but other than that we were greeted as soon as we entered and as well when we left. 🙂

“The food is awesome, I mean it better be when your famous for chicken strips. Hands down, best in the land. But I'm here because my son wanted to go to Cain's for his 7th birthday. He was looking forward to it all day! We had a great experience, and at the end I purchased him one of those stuffed Caine's dogs. The manager, such a sweet guy, gave the dog to him, realized it was his birthday and absolutely made his day! We'll never forget his kindness and enthusiasm. Whoever you have managing Saturday nights, super nice, bubbly, cool hair, tall, grey shirt i believe, give him a raise. He's awesome.“

My daughter and I like to try all the local chicken sandwiches. So here’s her review of the sandwich. Good sandwich, breading amount was good, but it wasn’t real crunchy like she likes. Bun was a great compliment and overall the sandwich was very good.
The service was outstanding today here. Food was served very fast and the girl behind the counter was smiling and friendly. Overall clean restaurant and a good location.“
