This is by far the best Starbucks in the area bar none . Everyone from the top management to the baristas are kind, friendly, caring and efficient. I’ve never had an attitude from any of them no matter how complicated my beverage order is. They keep the place clean and safe also. Unfortunately, the Starbucks in Algonquin by the movie theater, and also the one on Randall by Kohl’s has some of the rudest employees. Maddie from Store #2626 on E. Algonquin helped me when my local Starbucks in another town would not help my mother replace the gift card she got after she accidentally washed it. The other locations told me to call customer support and they said no the store level employees should be able to do that. Thankfully Maddie and her team of excellent baristas love their store and helped my Mother considerably since there was a hefty amount left on the card.
